BOTH ONLINE AND IN PERSON CLASSES ARE UPDATED ON A WEEK TO WEEK BASIS.

Class Types

PILATES FLOW

A classically based mat Pilates class, embodying the method as it was intended to be practiced. This class engages your body’s powerhouse, or abdominals, to enhance your entire physical form while uniting your mind, breath and body.


JPPILATES FUSION

Awarded  “Best Exercise Class in Boston” in 2010 by the Improper Bostonian Magazine. This popular class blends classical mat Pilates with Jennifer's energetic core sequencing and great music. Pilates Fusion is the heart of Jennifer's methodology. Sweaty and intense it has proven to deliver results to every level of dedicated client. 


JPPILATES STROLLER BOOTCAMP

JPPilates Stroller Bootcamp is a fun and results-driven workout done outdoors with your little one. Class includes a warm-up stroll around the Monument, barre work using your stroller and mat Pilates to focus on re-building core strength, through a series of safe and targeted exercises.

Both babies and toddlers are welcome. Children should stay in their strollers during the entire moving portion of class. Older kids can join me on the path and run alongside as you push your stroller. Once we park our strollers for the mat portion of class, babies can then join you on the mat to play by your side.

There is no specific age limit for this class. You know your baby best and if you feel he/she can remain comfortable in a stroller or safely by your side on the mat, then any age is welcome to join! Please bring your stroller, mat and wear sneakers.


IN-STUDIO PILATES FLOW

In-Studio Pilates Flow is all about creating length and space within your body and mind. Using Pilates props like the Pilates Ring we will stretch, sculpt and move through our entire body in a classically based Pilates class. Class size is limited to 5 people.
