The Time Has Come Charlestown! Asana is Opening 9/1!

You've been hearing rumblings for months. Rumors have floating around town. Questions asked. And the time has finally come. Asana, Charlestown's brand new Yoga, Pilates and Barre studio is officially opening on September 1st! 

I couldn't be more excited to be a part of this new venture. I'll be teaching Pilates Fusion, Barre Fusion AND a weekly Mom and Baby Barre class. Here's my full Asana schedule:

Tuesdays: 7:15 - 8:15pm Pilates Fusion

Wednesdays: 6:00 - 7:00am Barre Fusion

Thursdays: 10:30 - 11:15am Mom and Baby Barre Fusion

Thursdays: 12:00 - 1:00pm Barre Fusion

Saturdays: 11:15am - 12:15pm Pilates Fusion

This studio has a dream team of Boston's best instructors lined up. As a Charlestown resident AND instructor I feel so fortunate that a place like this is joining our community. I can't wait for our little neighborhood to embrace this beautiful space and welcome an oasis of wellness, health and fitness a little closer to home and into our lives.
